• name and phone number (required);
• the service you are asking about (required);
• email address, company or property, area and message (optional).

Calling us or following a link on the site gives us no data. To limit abuse of the form, the server temporarily uses the IP address in memory; it is not stored in any database.

What we use it for

Only to reply to your quote request or enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Recipients

The form sends your request by email to the data controller. Messages arrive in an email account of the controller, hosted with an email provider (Google). We do not sell or share your data with third parties, and the site contains no third-party scripts or tracking tools.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request and meet any obligations arising from it.

Your rights

Under Law 172-13 on the comprehensive protection of personal data of the Dominican Republic and other applicable rules, you may request access to, rectification, updating and deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and form data is sent to the server without being stored on the site itself. No system is infallible; we apply reasonable measures to protect your data.
